The BioResearch Product Faire™
Demonstrate Your Research Products at the UC Riverside Event
UC Riverside was awarded $3.2 million by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences in 2019, to research mechanisms that regulate the transport of steroids across plasma membranes. The project will also screen chemicals that can inhibit steroid hormone entry into cells, with the goal of developing new classes of drugs and pest control reagents.
The National Cancer Institute awarded UC Riverside a $2.2 million grant in 2020, to research a family of proteins that regulate all major mechanisms of cell death, with the goal of presenting novel drug discovery approaches.
UC Riverside was awarded $705k in 2019 from the National Institute of Enviromental Health Sciences, to research the degradation reaction products formed upon vaping 650 commercial e-liquids, the cellular responses to those chemicals, and the aerosols produced on vaping.
Get a Foothold into UC Riverside's Expanding Campus
