The Lawson Health Research Institute, in partnership with UW Ontario, is one of the top ten research institutes in Canada, with over 1,800 research projects and $65M in external funding.
Researchers at the University of Western Ontario's John P Robarts Research Institute received $2.65M in 2021 from the Canadian Government, to continue research on 3D imaging and testing.
Researchers at UW Ontario received $3.6M in 2020 from the Canada Foundation for Innovation. The funds will be used for multiple projects including the creation of organic electronics, researching brain chemistry changes in dementia patients, and stem cell research.
